The RUIESD ecosystem approach focuses on growth-oriented entrepreneurship, based on evidence that high-growth entrepreneurs are the main drivers of innovation, productivity, and employment. The institute emphasizes on successful ecosystem that focuses on educational frameworks that transfer knowledge and build human capital. By creating a conducive ecosystem RUSDET nurtures many potential entrepreneurs, so that they can connect with other entrepreneurs and experienced business leaders to develop business skills. Progress is maintained through incubators and extended mentorship. Through our Start-up Bootcamp, Venture Competition, and Entrepreneur in Residence Program we promote and enhance the entrepreneurial spirit of RUIESD. RUIESD organizes many commendable public events and guest lectures every year with various resource persons ranging from industries and eminent entrepreneurs. The aim is to create awareness among the students of the campus about various product development facilities and resources on campus so as to inculcate an entrepreneurial mindset in the students. We are here to inspire the next generation who have an inherent desire to innovate. RUIESD has trained thousands of people under various initiatives. We bring passionate thoughts of eminent personalities to the RUSDET family through interactive sessions with RUESTC under the network of RUESTC.
