Procedure and guidelines for Collaboration for Authorised Training Center or Partner.
At the Rural Urban Institute for Entrepreneurship Skill Development (RUIESD), we uphold rigorous standards for the affiliation & collaboration of Authorized Training Center (ATCs) to ensure the quality, integrity, and effectiveness of vocational education and training. Our affiliation & collaboration process follows a comprehensive set of procedures and rules designed to assessand recognize ATCs that meet our adamantine criteria for excellence.
1. Initial Inquiry and Application:
The affiliation & collaboration process begins with aninitial inquiry from the ATC expressing interest in seeking affiliation & collaboration from RUIESD. Upon receiving the inquiry, RUIESD provides the ATC with complete information about the affiliation & collaboration procedures, requirements, rules & guidelines.
The ATC submits an application for affiliation & collaboration,including important documentation and details about its courses, facilities,faculty team, & operations.
2. Pre-Assessment Review
RUIESD conducts a pre-assessment review of the ATC’s application to ensure that it meets the basic eligibility criteria for affiliation & collaboration. This review may include an evaluation of the ATC’s compliance with regulatory prerequisite, financial stagnation, infrastructure, and adherence to RUIESD’s affiliation & collaboration standards.
3. On-Site Assessment:
If the ATC meets the criteria for affiliation & collaboration,RUIESD conducts an on-site assessment to evaluate the ATC’s facilities, resources, institutional quality, and compliance with RUIESD’s affiliation& collaboration standards and norms. During the on-site assessment, RUIESD evaluator may observe training sessions, review documentation, interview faculty and staff, and engage with candidates to assess the quality of training & Education provided by the ATC.
4. Evaluation and Decision:
Following the on-site assessment, RUIESD evaluates the ATC’s performance against its affiliation & collaboration standards and norms. The evaluator takes into account factors such as Institutional quality, curriculum relevance, candidate outcomes, facilities, and administrative procedures.
Based on the assessment, RUIESD decides on the ATC's affiliation and collaboration status. Affiliation and collaboration may begranted, denied or suspended pending further action by the ATC to address anydeficiencies or areas of improvement identified during the assessment process.
5. Accreditation Maintenance and Review:
Following the on-site assessment, RUIESD evaluates the ATC’s performance against its affiliation & collaboration standards and norms. The evaluator takes into account factors such as Institutional quality, curriculum relevance, candidate outcomes, facilities, and administrative procedures.
Affiliation and Collaboration ATCs are required to adhere toongoing requirements for affiliation and collaboration maintenance, including periodic review, reporting and compliance with RUIESD's affiliation and collaboration standards, criteria and guidelines. RUIESD regularly reviews accredited ATCs to ensure continued compliance and quality improvement.
