Executive Leadership: At the management of RUIESD is the managerial leadership expert team, which is responsible for setting strategic planning, operations, and ensuring the overall success of the organization.
This team includes: Chief Executive Officer (CEO): The CEO provides visionary leadership, sets strategic goals and oversees the daily operations of RUIESD.
Program Director (PD): The PD is responsible for the operational functions of the organization, including program management, resource allocation and performance monitoring.
Financial Officer (FO): The FO manages financial planning, budgeting and reporting, ensuring financial accountability and sustainability.
Academic Officer (AO): The AO leads the development and implementation of academic programs, curriculum frameworks and teaching standards.
2. Departments and Divisions: The organisational structure of RUIESD consists of various departments and divisions, each of which is responsible for specific functions and areas of expertise. These may include:

3. Advisory Boards & Committees: RUIESD may setup advisory boards members composed of industry experts, employers, educators to provide important guidance and feedback on Entrepreneurship program development, industry trends and strategic inventiveness.
