Grievance

At Rural Urban Entrepreneurship Skill Development Institute (RUIESD), we are committed to providing a positive experience to all our users. Submitting a Grievance: If you have a complaint or concern regarding any aspect of RUIESD's operations, services or interactions, we encourage you to submit your complaint to the Grievance Redressal Officer via email: grievance[at]ruralurban[dot]in.

Communication: Throughout the process, we will keep you informed of the status of your complaint and any progress or updates. We are committed to transparent communication and ensure you are kept informed every step of the way.

Indicative complaints: Quality of training delivery / Qualification of trainers / Instructors / Training infrastructure / Training tools and equipment / Computer and Internet infrastructure / Assessment process / Delivery / Assessor related issues / Non-compliance / Violation of RUIESD guidelines / Any deviation in implementation by concerned authorities / Non-payment of assessment fee to assessment agencies / Short payment / Administrative or managerial issue / Curriculum related / Content / Resource material – quality, adequacy / Any malpractice, please specify / Deficiency of service by any agency / Support for placement / Administrative or managerial issue

Escalation and Appeal: If you are dissatisfied with the outcome of our complaint resolution process or feel your concerns have not been adequately addressed, you may request to escalate or appeal your complaint. Confidentiality and Privacy: We understand the sensitive nature of complaints and handle all information provided with the utmost confidentiality and respect for privacy.
